I got blipped in the head by an owl at the Callaway Birds of Prey thingy. It was startling! The next time I went, I got “clipped” in the head and it drew blood. I don’t think the owl liked me, or maybe my hair looked like a dead rat.

Thanks for posting the barred owl in flight. I have a still made last year of the owl that lives in our wooded lot behind the house. We had never seen it so close to the patio out back. Jo

Sorry, Rachael, I can’t figure out how to send you the picture of our barred owl. Please advise. We think she is a female due to the gossamer white feathers above her feet. She looks just like your barred owl in flight. Jo
